// What it does
The short version
- Watch ~38 sources, non-stop. Every source re-checked every few minutes, around the clock. Full breakdown just below.
- Ping you the moment a match appears. A new listing that fits your filters hits your Telegram, usually within minutes of going live. Speed is the whole point — in Berlin the flat is gone in hours.
- Filter to your reality. Per-user rules: max warm rent, minimum rooms, the Berlin Bezirke you want, and hard-exclude keywords — "WBS", "möbliert", or a specific area like "Wedding" even inside a district you picked.
- Deduplicate ruthlessly. The same flat cross-posted on five sites reaches you once. One target, one alert.
// Coverage
It watches every kind of Berlin landlord
Most alert tools only cover the big portals. This one goes wider — especially the cooperatives that are the hardest to keep up with by hand.
- State housing companies. The six landeseigene Gesellschaften — HOWOGE, degewo, Gewobag, WBM, Gesobau, Stadt und Land — plus Berlinovo.
- Housing cooperatives (Wohnungsbaugenossenschaften). The hardest to track and often the best value — many of them, each with its own site, all watched in one place.
- Big private landlords. Vonovia, Deutsche Wohnen, Adler, Covivio, Grand City and more.
- Small private & classifieds. Private listings on Kleinanzeigen and ohne-makler.net, filtered down to genuine long-term flats — that's how I found mine, in five weeks. ;)
// How it works
Three steps, then you go back to your life
Setup takes about two minutes. After that it runs and you don't.
- Set your filters. Fill in the form below: max warm rent, minimum rooms, which of the 12 Bezirke you'll accept, and anything to exclude.
- Tap the link, press Start. You'll get a Telegram link. Tapping Start connects your filters to your chat and confirms you're on — instantly, no human in the loop.
- Get pinged. Apply fast. When something matches, your Telegram lights up. You do the running; it does the watching.
// The limits
What it can't do (yet, or ever)
Better to say this up front. The internet has enough overpromising.
- It can't make Berlin cheap. It finds listings fast; it can't bend the rental market. Flats cost what they cost — it just tells you they exist.
- It can't fix the housing crisis. It's a notification tool — not a policy, not a landlord, not a tenant union. Systemic problems are above its pay grade.
- It won't apply for you. It doesn't write or send your application. You still do the human part.
- It only knows Berlin. No other cities yet. Sorry, Leipzig.
